Enquiry handovers
Move a submitted enquiry into an agreed workflow, assign ownership and notify the person responsible.
Workflow automation
Workflow automation connects the routine steps between your tools. We help businesses define what should happen automatically and where a person should stay in control.

Check that required information is present, route a document for review and record the decision.
Keep selected fields in step between tools where their interfaces and access rules support it.
A process that looks simple on paper can have important exceptions. What happens if a form is incomplete, a document arrives twice or a record changes after it has been approved? Those questions are part of the scope, not edge cases to ignore.
We begin by identifying the trigger, the information involved, the decision points and the intended outcome. An automation should have a clear owner and a way for the team to see when intervention is needed.
A good first candidate is repeated often, uses reasonably consistent information and has an outcome that is easy to check. Work involving judgement, sensitive decisions or unclear rules may need a review step or may be better left manual.
For example, an illustrative approval flow could collect a request, check mandatory fields and prepare it for a person to approve. It need not make the final decision automatically to be useful.
An integration depends on what each product actually allows. API access, account permissions, rate limits, licences and the stability of existing data all matter. Some connections need a purpose-built service; others can use an existing automation platform.
The implementation and any provider charges should be discussed separately. We do not describe software vendors as partners simply because a project may use their tools.
Decide what happens when a connected service is unavailable, how failures are surfaced and whether a retry is safe. Sending the same action twice can be worse than pausing it, particularly where records or payments are involved.
Agree monitoring, access, handover and maintenance responsibilities as part of the project. Tell us which task is repeated most often and which tools it touches; that is a useful starting point for an enquiry.
No. If the inputs and rules are predictable, ordinary validation and application logic may be the clearer choice. AI should be considered for a specific task, not added by default.
Yes, that can be part of the workflow design. We discuss which actions need review, who may approve them and how the decision should be recorded.
That is not a promise we make. The aim is to choose useful, well-defined steps, while preserving appropriate judgement, exception handling and oversight.
