Structured extraction
Prepare selected fields from a document for validation rather than leaving the whole task as a free-form answer.
AI workflows
AI-assisted software for turning varied documents and reports into information a team can review and use. Built around a defined task, not a promise that AI can do everything.
Prepare selected fields from a document for validation rather than leaving the whole task as a free-form answer.
Present proposed outputs alongside the source material so a person can check what matters.
Pass approved information into the next application or report using an agreed structure.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. A useful project starts by defining exactly what should be extracted or produced, how correctness will be assessed and what must happen when the result is uncertain.
A fixed-format document may be better handled by ordinary parsing or rules. More varied material may justify evaluating an AI-assisted approach. The choice should follow the evidence from the task, not a desire to use a particular technology.
An evaluation should include representative inputs, agreed expected outputs and examples that are difficult or incomplete. Accuracy cannot be inferred from one convincing demonstration. Changes to the model, instructions or document formats can also change results.
An illustrative report workflow could prepare a table of findings and direct the reviewer back to the relevant source. It should not silently treat a generated summary as an authoritative record. This describes a potential design, not a published client result.
Provider choice, access controls, retention and the information permitted in a workflow must be discussed for each project. We do not make blanket claims that an AI system is private, compliant or suitable for sensitive information simply because it uses a particular model.
Do not submit client documents through this website. The contact form is for an initial enquiry and does not send messages to an AI service. Any future client-system processing requires its own agreed scope and data arrangements.
The model is only one part of a usable system. Inputs, validation, review screens, failure handling and the connection to the next step need attention as well. The project should make those responsibilities explicit.
Tell us the type of information involved, the output your team needs and how you currently check it. Use a general description in the initial enquiry rather than uploading real or confidential examples.
No. This page describes custom development and scoped workflows. We discuss your requirements rather than offering a self-serve product subscription here.
No. Validation, representative testing and appropriate human review are important. The required checks and acceptable use should be agreed before a workflow is relied upon.
No. Website enquiries use the contact form and email providers described in our privacy notice, not a generative AI service.
